Final Sale Rule: Unless otherwise required by statutory law or in cases of seller error, sales are considered final once the security tag has been removed or tampered with.
Eligible Claims: Returns or claims are evaluated under the following conditions:
1. You received an incorrect item.
2. The item condition significantly deviates from the detailed listing description/photographs.

EU Right of Withdrawal (For EU Private Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing within the European Union (EU/EEA) purchasing for personal use, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your parcel under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

If you receive an item that is incorrect or significantly different from its description, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping & Inspection Process

Return Authorization: All returns must be pre-approved by RareLuxe before shipping. Unsolicited returns will be rejected.
Packaging & Insurance: Approved returns must be shipped via an express, trackable, and fully insured courier service. Return shipping costs and insurance are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Authentication Re-verification: Upon arrival, returned items undergo a thorough technical re-inspection and Entrupy re-authentication.
Refusal of Return: If an item shows signs of wear, scent/perfume altercations, damage, missing accessories, or a removed/tampered security tag, the refund will be denied, and the item will be returned to the buyer at their expense.

Refunds & Non-Refundable Fees

Refund Issuance: Once the returned item successfully passes security and authentication inspection, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Charges:
- Express outbound shipping fees.
- Credit card processing fees (e.g., third-party platform gateway fees).
- Customs duties, import taxes, and local VAT incurred during international transit.

Order Cancellations

Pre-Dispatch: Orders may be canceled before the item has been packaged and handed over to the courier. Payment gateway processing fees (e.g., 3.8% for credit cards) are non-refundable.
Post-Dispatch: Once an order is dispatched and in transit with the carrier, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return procedure.

Payment Plan Defaults & Cancellations

Payment plans and layaway arrangements are bound by individual written agreements created prior to order placement.

Installment payments reserve the item exclusively for you and remove it from public sale.
In the event of a customer-initiated cancellation or failure to complete the agreed payment schedule, a restocking/holding fee (up to 20% of the item value or the initial deposit, as defined in your agreement) will be retained to cover holding and relisting costs. Any remaining balance will be issued as RareLuxe Store Credit.
